Chances Anew

Each morn we awaken,
God gives the chance anew,
To work in His vineyard,
Today what will you do?

So busy with life’s toils,
Distracted by so much,
Will you take time to show
Your faith to those you touch?

Christ is always with you,
He knows your thoughts and deeds,
Will you brush Him aside?
Or this day plant His seeds?

He won’t tell those you meet,
Nor look into their face,
Instead He looks to you,
To tell them of His grace,

Will you disappoint Him,
Who died to save your soul?
Or speak of the wonder,
Of how Christ makes us whole?
