My Kind And Gentle Savior

My kind and gentle Savior is with me every day.

For strength, help and forgiveness along this life’s short way.

His words are reassuring, when doubts and weakness loom.

As long as I believe Him, Satan cannot bring me doom.


The way of His cross beckons to all who would be saved.

For those with faith in Jesus, there is no fear of the grave.

He died to save all sinners. There is no other one.

If you don’t know Him today, then meet God’s only Son.


The Bible will be your guide. His message there is clear.

Believe and follow Jesus. He’ll banish doubt and fear.

Your life will have new purpose, though temptations still assail.

While others will see in you, Christ’s message does prevail.
